Kamal Kishore Sarda
Chief Managing Director
Mr. Sarda has over three decades of experience in the iron and steel industry. He is the Chairman of SEML’s Board and Managing Director and is responsible for steering SEML towards the path of growth. Since, taking over SEML (erstwhile Raipur Alloys & Steel Ltd.), he has been instrumental in turning around the company and expanding its product portfolio to include high value added steel products, minerals and energy. He is associated with the Friends of Tribal Society in the capacity of Vice President of the Raipur chapter and was the Ex-Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chhattisgarh Chapter.
PANKAJ SARDA
Joint Managing Director
With quality industry experience of more than a decade, Pankaj Sarda, our JMD has completed his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University, India in 2001 and Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University, USA in 2004. He is of the view to boost the rural dairy production and drive the nation towards farm fresh products.
VENKAT RAM
Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Venkat Ram, born on 31st March, 1961 has done his post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management with specialization in Marketing from IRMA. He has over 35 years of strong management career providing leadership, focused mission building, strategic planning and compelling client value in the areas of managing, administration and communications with among the companies like G.C.M.M.F. Ltd, (AMUL).
He has served maixmum time in Dairy industry.The Associated Cement Companies Ltd., Advani Oerlikon Ltd. Modi Cement Compaines and Raipur Alloys and Steel Ltd.,etc
PADAM KUMAR JAIN

Mr Padam Kumar Jain born on 6th June, 1963, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr Jain has many years of experience in the field of finance, accounting, costing, secretarial, taxation and corporate laws.
SAURABH RATHI
Director
The key managerial person Mr. Saurabh Rathi did his B.Sc. (Horticulture) from Indira Gandhi Agriculture University and got JRF AIEEA cleared with All India Ranking No.1 to get admission or M.Sc. in Vegetable Breeding in Indian Agriculture Research Institute (PUSA), New Delhi in 2005. He did his M.Sc. in 2007. He completed one year practical training in Namdhari Seeds Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. Thereafter, he joined the company in the year 2008- 09 to take care of its agricultural operations. Mr. Saurabh Rathi also attended International Vegetable Training Course of about one month’s duration held by AVRDC – The World Vegetable Center, Taiwan in 2011. He was promoted to the position of a Director in July, 2011. He also won the Best Farmer Award from the Govt. of Chhattisgarh for the financial year 2013-14.

Hemant Kumar Tamrakar, born on August 26th, 1966, is an Engineering graduate (Electrical Engineeing) from NIT, Raipur (formerly known as Government Engineering College), Master of Business Administration and Chartered Engineer. He has a vast experience spread over 29 years in Engineering, Project and Management. He is leading Sarda Dairy and Food Products Ltd., in the capacity of Senior General Manager, where he is involved in overall growth and development of the company under his leader ship. He has been functioning as a part of the top management team for the company at all junctures.
SANJEEV AGRAWAL
Whole-time Director
BE Mech (Honors) from NIT Raipur, PGDM from IGNOU, having 30 years of hands on experience in Steel & Power Industries, major thrust on Asset buying, International business development in China & also Heading Commercials in Sarda Group since last 12 years, including their Dairy, Agriculture & renewable energy business. Well versed in SAP & other ERP’s, good exposure of International Arbitrations & various Auditing including Finance, IMS & OSHAS Audits. Past experience includes in GTEC (Now China Light) Bharuch 655 MW Power Project, Torrent Power Ahmedabad 400 MW & Steel Plant of Raipur Alloys & brief exposure in Modi Cement & Mupnar Films Indore (NOCIL sister concern) in BOPP film in early stage of career.
